Who we are

artkabazaar.com is run by Brandose Creative Solutions, Plot No. 5F/50A, NIT, New Industrial Township 5, Faridabad, Haryana – 121001 (GSTIN 06CUZPG4243E1ZG). Art Ka Bazaar is our brand. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We try to show every product accurately, but colours can look different on screens, and colours, patterns and sizes can vary slightly between batches. Prices and availability can change without notice; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

Orders

An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or the PIN code can't be served). If that happens, we refund the full amount.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). For WhatsApp and bulk orders, we share payment details with you directly. A GST invoice is emailed with every paid order.

Some products link to our listings on Amazon. Those purchases are made on Amazon and are governed by Amazon's terms.

Using candles and aroma burners safely

Never leave a burning candle, tealight or aroma burner unattended. Keep them away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable, and place them on a heat-resistant surface. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by unsafe use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The photos, text and designs on this website belong to Brandose Creative Solutions and may not be copied without permission.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact our grievance officer (see Contact) so we can try to resolve the issue.
