Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before the order is dispatched. WhatsApp us on +91 8130589077 or email info.artkabazaar@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll confirm the cancellation.

If you've already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If it arrives damaged, see Returns & Refunds.

Custom, scent-choice and bulk orders

For bulk orders and orders made to your requirements, the cancellation terms are agreed with you before payment.

If we cancel

If we can't fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock or your PIN code can't be served), we'll tell you and refund the full amount.
