This policy explains what personal data Art Ka Bazaar, a brand of Brandose Creative Solutions ("we", "us"), collects through artkabazaar.com and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, PIN code, the products you order and any note you add.
When you send an enquiry: the details you enter in the bulk & gifting form.
Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and a payment reference. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Technical data: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

to process, pack, ship and support your order, and to send order updates — including contacting you if you start a checkout but the payment doesn't go through;
to issue invoices and keep records required by tax law;
to reply to your enquiries;
to prevent fraud and misuse of the website.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to complete your order: Razorpay (payments), our courier partner (delivery), our web host and email provider. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to eight years). Enquiries that don't become orders are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info.artkabazaar@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Records we must keep by law can't be deleted until that period ends.
